There's always something happening in Hatboro!


FRI., MAY 2 - HATBORO FARMER'S MARKET
Starting May 2nd and every Friday thereafter until October 24th, the Farmer's Market features locally grown produce and other handmade and homegrown items in a family friendly market place in the center of Hatboro. Fresh breads, locally roasted coffee, handmade soaps and lotions, nut butters, local wines, alpaca yarn and products, and lots of fresh vegetables and fruit will be available for sale. Live entertainment and children's face painting! Vendors begin set up at 5pm with a 6pm market start time, running til dusk each Friday. Sponsored by the Hatboro Residents Association.

18th Surgical Hospital insignia WED., MAY 7 - WAR STORIES SPEAKER SERIES - 7 p.m.
The Union Library of Hatboro invites you to a presentation by Marsha Tansey Four of the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She will discuss 18th Surgical Hospital Camp Events and Quang Tri during the Vietnam War. the 18th Surgical Hospital. The War Stories Speaker Series is a free monthly event.

The Union Library Book Sale offers thousands of Used Books for Sale, also Crafters, Food & Bake Sale, Jelly Bean the Performer, Moon Bounce & Face Painting and more, including a Sidewalk Chalk Contest. Fun for the whole family!

colored chalk SAT., MAY 10 - LIBRARY SIDEWALK CHALK CONTEST
Calling all artists of all ages! The Library's Sidewalk Chalk Contest will be held on Book Sale day. The contest is open to all that pay the $5 entry fee (ages 5 & under are free). Chalk will be provided but you may also bring your own - no oil-based or wax chalk permitted. Family-friendly art only.
